I think the enc rules could be usable without much tweaking, but as noted, a few things stated in the RAW would simply have to be ignored or replaced. 10 coins = 1 enc, as the rules state, seems workable I guess, and since, as stated in the rules, each coin weighs essentially an ounce, [...]
